The Seeds of Hope Foundation (SOHF) operates in memory of Chasen Stevenson, a young farmer that died at the age of 31 from an aggressive and rare cancer. The SOHF’s mission is to support other young farm families diagnosed with long term illnesses.

Funds are used to financially support young farm families diagnosed with long term illnesses. Families receive a support package that includes SOHF apparel, prayer card, and a check.
